Are you burdened by the suffering in the world? Do you hate injustice? Have you ever wondered how to connect the dots between business and creating wholesome communities? On the Nu Crew, you will experience how community development and business work together to eliminate human trafficking in the Himalayan foothills. Join our team this summer as we create a ministry that seeks to bring God’s Kingdom to earth both spiritually and physically.

This summer we are looking for young men or women who have a long-term vision to see an end to human trafficking. We will not be running into brothels or stopping traffickers at the border;  we believe that turning the faucet off at the source is the best way to stop the flow of girls being trafficked out of our country. This approach is not glamorous; in fact, it looks a lot like normal life. Our team is in the early stages of setting up a coffee shop and you will help us by blessing our employees and teaching some English classes. You will also have the chance to address the spiritual brokenness by teaching and learning how to make disciples and prayer walks in the villages.

Our target district has a long-standing history of human trafficking- so much so that it has become a normal part of the culture. There are even some villages in this district that have no girls of marrying age because they have all been sold.

If you are willing to brave the heat and the lack of food options, you can be a part of helping us break into this community.
